Why I Haven’t Posted Much In A Few Years

The short answer is that I became a father to two boys. One is four years old and the other is two. As you can imagine, raising a toddler and an infant takes up 100% of my time.

This is ironic, because one of the guiding principles of this blog has always been to write advice that I would want to give my children. Now that I have kids, I don’t have time to horde advice for them. Such is life though. The good news is, once they’re both in school I will have more free time and new sources of inspiration to work on The Wise Sloth. I’ve already been compiling some speeches in my head that I want to give them one day. A careful observer might notice the advice in this blog evolve over the next few decades to meet the needs of their age group. It should be interesting.

Thank you to anyone who wondered where I’d been and hoped I’d write more. I apologize that I have to ask for a little more patience. My schedule is completely booked for basically the next two years.
